NCTS currently publishes booking-line hours of Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00. Test centre hours differ from phone-line hours. You can also manage appointments through the official NCTS website.
Use the national booking line on 01 413 5992 for appointments. For a centre’s opening hours, directions and other details, check the NCTS centre directory before travelling.
Contact the NCTS booking team with your vehicle registration. NCTS says owners should contact them directly if a vehicle has been off the road or untaxed for more than three months.
