Before you decide

€9.99 covers 7 days of monitoring and WhatsApp alerts for one centre. Two centres cost €19.98. You can choose up to four and review the total before paying. This is a one-off charge, not a subscription. The NCT test fee is separate and paid to NCTS.
After payment, open the WhatsApp activation link and send the code to the bot. Monitoring starts when you activate the pass, not while you are browsing this page.
No. We monitor public availability and alert you when we detect slots. We cannot guarantee a cancellation, a specific date or that a slot will still be available when you open NCTS. Nothing is reserved by an alert.
Start with a centre you can realistically travel to. If nearby alternatives also suit you, add them in the configurator. Each extra centre costs €9.99 for the same 7-day pass; choosing more is optional, not a requirement.
NCTS lists 50 test centres in Ireland. This directory links to a guide for every centre while the official NCTS website remains the place to make or manage an appointment.
Yes. NCTS states that motorists may choose the centre nearest to them or any of its 50 centres. Compare practical alternatives before confirming the appointment on NCTS.ie.
No. Watcher figures are aggregated observations and official lead-time figures are delayed historical reports. Neither is an exact currently bookable appointment or a guarantee of availability.
No. NCT Bot is an independent monitoring service. It can notify you when a public cancellation appears, but you select and book the appointment directly through the official NCTS website.
