NCT cancellation alerts, explained
How NCT Bot works, step by step.
NCT Bot helps you watch selected NCT test centres for public cancellation slots. You decide which centres are useful, opt in to WhatsApp alerts and make every booking directly through the official NCTS website.
The process
From centre choice to an official appointment
- 01
Choose realistic NCT centres
Select the centres you could genuinely travel to. You can compare locations first, then add the options that make sense for your route and schedule.
- 02
Configure cancellation monitoring
Set up monitoring for your selected centres. The service looks for public appointment availability released through cancellations or rescheduling.
- 03
Opt in to WhatsApp alerts
Complete the connection flow in WhatsApp so NCT Bot has your permission to deliver notifications. Without a user opt-in, we cannot start a WhatsApp conversation with you.
- 04
Book directly with NCTS
When you see a suitable slot, open the official NCTS booking website and complete the appointment yourself. NCT Bot does not reserve or book tests for you.
WhatsApp notification rules
Why you have to connect first
WhatsApp does not let a business start messaging a person freely. You connect to the service and opt in first; any notification flow must then follow WhatsApp's messaging rules and your communication preferences.
Use alerts responsibly
- NCT Bot is an independent notification service, not an NCTS booking system.
- A notification does not reserve a slot or guarantee that it will still be available when you open NCTS.
- You remain responsible for your NCT due date, vehicle roadworthiness and any official booking requirements.
Start with the centres that fit your life.
If you are flexible, compare nearby options before you configure alerts.
