2. DATA WE PROCESS
2.1. We only process your WhatsApp-linked phone number. We do not collect names, addresses, or vehicle registration numbers unless explicitly provided for specific support queries.
2.2. Legal Basis: We process your data under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (Contractual Necessity) to provide the notification service you have subscribed to.
3. TRANSIENT STORAGE (DATA RETENTION)
3.1. We follow the principle of Storage Limitation.
3.2. No Permanent Storage: Your phone number is stored in our active notification system only for the duration of your paid subscription.
3.3. Upon expiration or cancellation of your subscription, your data is automatically deleted from our delivery system within 7 days, except where retention is required for accounting or legal defense purposes.
4. THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS
4.1. We use the WhatsApp Business API (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) to deliver messages.
4.2. Messages are end-to-end encrypted. However, Meta may process metadata (time of message, IP address) as an independent controller.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
5.1. You have the right to access, rectify, or request the erasure of your data.
5.2. Opt-out: You can stop all notifications and trigger data deletion processes at any time by sending the command "STOP" directly in the WhatsApp chat.
6. SUPERVISORY AUTHORITYIf you have concerns about our data practices, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (DPC) of Ireland.
